βMesmerising views and especially at sunset from the terrace!β
The views from bedrooms were mesmerising and the shared terrace at the sunny ends were spectacular especially at sunset! Locations was good for cool bars, good restaurants, cute craft shops, sunbathing area (PlaΕΎa Balota) and easy stroll to whole of Rovinj.
The apartment is very rustic & felt authentic for Rovinj old town so guess to be expected (but has so much potential!) - The furniture was a bit random and too much so didn't make good use of small space. The garden was pleasant but overgrown and the furniture very tired. Parking nearby is expensive so we used the free space 15 minute walk away.

The setting of the property is amazing with its spectacular shared terrace onto the sea at ground floor. This is the absolute highlight of the flat. It was a nice quiet location whilst still being incredibly convenient for everything.
I should have booked earlier and got one of the apartments with cill height windows lower in the building which looked amazing rather than the rooflights we had at loft level - but our flat was lovely. It was great there was a little shelf you could sit and look out of at each rooflight but you couldn't really use these on rainy days. The kitchen was well equipped with good sharp knives and lots of pans etc. There were plenty of cups but a couple more than 2 mugs would be a useful addition.
