“Be aware you only get a bedroom!”
I was not informed it would be a shared living space, bathroom and kitchen until the day before I was due to stay. I did cancel the booking but due to the offices closing at an early time, my cancellation was not excepted and I was charged the full amount. This was very inconvenient and well as costly as I then had one day to find somewhere else to stay.
