“Traumhafte Safari-Unterkunft mit perfektem Service.”
Das Luxury Tent direkt am Wasser, an welchem uns ab und zu Hippos, Giraffen, Impalas, Affen und weitere Tiere besucht haben, war perfekt ausgestattet, entsprach genau der Beschreibung und hat uns noch besser gefallen, als es auf den Bildern aussah. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber für eine Abkühlung nach der Safari ausreichend und mit dem Sunset-View einmalig. Man fühlt sich richtig in der Natur. Das Personal und der Service waren herausragend gut. Es wurde alles individuell auf uns zugeschnitten; selbst spontane Safari-Buchungen am Vorabend wurden noch ermöglicht. An einem Abend gab es sogar ein gemeinsames Barbecue am Lagerfeuer. Der Game Drive und der Morning Bushwalk haben auf dem privaten Game Reserve stattgefunden. Die Ranger und Guides haben uns viel Wissen vermittelt und viele interessante Infos mitgegeben. Alle waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend – wir haben uns stets sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Die Anfahrt zum Reserve erfolgt über eine unbefestigte Straße, weshalb ein SUV oder ein Fahrzeug mit etwas mehr Bodenfreiheit empfehlenswert ist. Zudem sollte man für die Fahrt zum Orpen Gate eine gute Stunde einplanen.

The people working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can really feel the passion they have for what they do, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and well looked after. The food was excellent, and throughout our stay, everyone took such great care of us. The wolf walk with Titus was definitely one of the highlights. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience! Titus is a fantastic guide—very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what he does. He explains everything so well and makes the whole experience even more special. We felt very welcome and had a wonderful time. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience!

“Nice to go again but needs more to justify the price per night”
We had stayed here 20 years ago and wanted to return. All staff are exceptionable and go out of their way to help.
At $500 Australian a night it was disappointing compared to where we stayed the night before. The food presentation was excellent however it just was not up to scratch. Breakfast however was outstanding the first morning but the next one our eggs were undercooked and we could not eat. Previous stay there were hippos in main pond near reception and so many, this time only 3
