Upside, although dated it was clean, the air-con worked, can't fault the communication from the owner or security of the building.
The property is not the address on booking.com so had to change transfers, couldn't get TV or 'free' WIFI, the connection just didn't come up. No balcony, I specifically requested a balcony, the property did have one at some point but this has been closed off (see picture below) and a single bed and washing machine? put on it. The kitchen had a camping stove (also below)and microwave for cooking, we ate out so not a problem, but if you want to provide for yourself it could pose a problem. Clothes hangers but no wardrobe, single glazing only, so sounded like you were sleeping in the street. The bed creaked at every movement, bathroom smelt of sewage until the extraction fan had been on for a good half hour. Basically not what I booked, I didn't expect the Ritz for the price but the photos on booking.com bare no resemblance to want we were given.
