I am extremely disappointed. Due to a technical glitch on the Booking.com app, I was charged twice for the exact same night, resulting in two identical, overlapping bookings (Confirmation numbers: 6219191330 and 6229161581). The hotel management flatly refused to cooperate or refund the double charge. To make matters worse, the room was not clean at all when I checked in; there was hair left in the bathroom, and there was constant, disruptive noise coming from the outside. I was forced to pay double money for a terrible, unhygienic stay!
