The property as a whole was pleasant, with attractive dΓ©cor and several comfortable, well-designed seating areas.
The Executive Lounge was deeply disappointing and certainly not worth the additional cost. The space itself was dull and uninviting, several areas were noticeably unclean, and the breakfast offerings were uninspired. This was particularly frustrating because I specifically selected the JW Marriott for access to this amenity and expected an experience consistent with the brandβs premium positioning.
