“TERRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE”
LEAVING THE PROPERTY
I’ll be honest it has had to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. I don’t know where to begin so I’ll provide bullet points as a summary - Everywhere smelt like cigarette smell including the common hallways, this just should not be on. - The room itself smelled of mould 24/7 especially the bathroom, there are problems in that bathroom 100% - The showerhead had to be the worst design in the world. I’ve showered in better conditions in the wild. You have to hold the shower head to use it otherwise it sprays everywhere on the hook. The shower sceeen to is just disgusting and very unhygienic in today’s world. - What bathroom has no PowerPoints not even one. - You provide appliances on the kitchen counter again not even one power point, again pointless. If you want to want to use the coffee machine you have to take it to the bedside table to use. - One hopeless fan that barely worked, this room was like a sauna. - The beds are one of the worst beds I’ve sleep in I asked for a double not two singles pushed together and they move so easily even the mattress is as thin as phone book - Pillows you provided two massive pillows that no one can use we slept without them and now have pains. - Myself and my other half felt sick every time going inside due to the smell. That place is just a pure hazard. I wish we read the google reviews before booking it’s very clear the feedback is consistent and we just got scammed we paid a lot of money to fly here and stay here and the hotel ruined our trip to Switzerland. The staff asked for my feedback which I provided, all they said was sorry we know the place is not in best shape …. So the team know this yet still proceed on taking on bookings !
Accessible location, nice terrace, equipped with basic cooking tools.
The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and last floor rooms could benefit from AC, not just a ventilator, as they get very hot in the summer.

Good proximity to a train station and supermarket. Room was clean and offered everything we could need. Staff were very responsive on Whattsapp and sorted out any issues quickly.
The app check in did not work on our Android devices despite troubleshooting. The staff were quick to respond online though and once we were inside (using an older spare phone we had with us) they were able to remotely set up a key card for us.

Zimmer war okay. Lage zentral, aber bei offenem Fenster sehr laut wegen des Verkehrs. Küche gut ausgestattet.
Duschkabine verschimmelt. Geschirr teilweise dreckig. Ich finde es nicht okay, dass man als Gast auch für den Parkplatz bezahlen muss.
