for hot water boiler needs to be turn on by urself by opening boiler room. when you contact staff by phone, they will not answer you. they will only communicate by email. some chinese lady will be answered. no hot water for 1 hour, i figured out myself in the boiler room since it was turned off. if you are senior, will never recommend this place.

Great central location for Peace Park, and hundreds of bars and restaurants nearby, but hotel itself is on a quiet street. Very thoughtfully designed apartments, with all you could need for a long or short stay. There is demolition work next to the hotel at the moment, September 2025, but we werenโt bothered by it in the front room (there are just two rooms per floor), but it might be worth checking with the management about it if you canโt book a room at the front (rooms ending 01)
