“I wouldn’t recommend this apartment”
Our stay at this hotel started with complete disorganization. We had prepaid for parking, but the spot assigned to us was impossible to access. Since the reception does not operate on weekends, we had to call the administrator. Instead of resolving the issue, he suggested using a parking lot located a 7‑minute walk from the hotel. After a long discussion, we insisted on parking on the hotel’s premises in an available spot. The next problem appeared during check‑in: the key to our room was not in the key box. After another phone call and following the administrator’s instructions, we eventually found the key. However, what happened next was the biggest surprise — the room had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The administrator apologized, said there were no other available rooms, and offered to find a cleaner. We had to wait around 45 minutes for the room to be cleaned. In the end, there was no compensation, no real attempt to make up for the inconvenience, and no genuine concern from the hotel. We wasted several hours resolving issues that should never have occurred, and our mood was completely ruined.
The accommodation was conveniently located within a short walking distance of the park, the city centre, and various dining options. Furthermore, the bed was both comfortable and clean.
I was disappointed to find that the accommodation was not particularly clean, as there were cobwebs in the corners, dead spiders in the bathroom, hair on the windowsill, and the toilet seat was broken.
