“INDIMENTICABILE”
TUTTO. Posizione immersa nella giungla magnificente e lussureggiante nella privacy più totale ma a 5 minuti dal centro di General Luna. Villa da lasciare senza fiato. Gestori SUPER: professionali, gentili e disponibili. Staff super discreto e sempre disponibile. Breakfast servito con estrema puntualità e attenzione ai minimi dettagli. Pulizia impeccabile. Vista irripetibile che ricorderò per tutta la vita. Ci siamo rilassati e ci hanno coccolati accontentandoci in tutto senza mai un problema. Devo dare dieci solo perché non posso dare di più! Raccomandatissimo. PS: i simpatici cani del resort, Spotty in particolare, ci facevano sentire a casa, accompagnandoci ogni sera e dandoci la buona notte. Anche loro super discreti e mansueti, si sono guadagnati il nostro affetto.

The villa is very nice and relaxing . There’s great breakfast. Each villa has its own pool. Staff come very quickly when called . Laundry service is turned around within the day.
Overall everything was nicely set up. Although I did think they could have looked into small details like a kettle , free tea bags and at least one dish towel. Fortunately they brought it to us very quickly when we asked for it . The water from the tap is salty , but it could something that’s all over the Siargao since it’s an island .
The Villa was very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. Anyway we did get disappointed when we arrived as for some reason the booking showed 2 pools and 3 bedrooms. It must have been an error in the listing.
The pool did not have any sunbeds so you had to lay on the wood.

Beautiful and peaceful villa with friendly staff.
The biggest issue was the electricity. It kept fluctuating and tripping almost every few minutes. One of the bedroom air conditioners was also leaking badly. Instead of just enjoying our stay, maintenance had to come several times to fix the problems. One night the power tripped while we were sleeping, and we thought it was a brownout. We only realized hours later that it was just the villa, so we ended up spending a few hours without electricity. I understand that power issues can happen on the island, but for a villa at this price, I think there should be a backup generator available.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Aussicht sehr gut Personal ist sehr bemüht. Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden.
Die Villa ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise von der Klimaanlage ein sehr unguter Geruch in der Unterkunft. Aufbereitetes Regenwasser in der Dusche war sehr salzig,muss man sich daran gewöhnen.
