It is not something that I didn't like I wished though the rooms have inside some chargers for the phones,

I stayed in this hotel last summer and had such a positive experience that I recommended it to my sister. Based on that, we both booked rooms again this August. Unfortunately, the experience this time was completely different from what we expected. The room I paid for did not match the description or photos on the website. I specifically booked VIP room with rug, yet the room provided was entirely different. The air conditioning was not working, and the room was extremely hot. I had to use my hand fan just to cool down, which barely helped. It was genuinely uncomfortable and difficult to stay in the room. I booked 7 nights, and my sister and her family also booked a separate room(both VIP rooms). They experienced the exact same issues. She was very disappointed, especially after I had spoken so highly of the hotel based on my previous stay. We were both exhausted from repeatedly asking staffs to fix the air conditioning, and eventually we had to request fans just to cope with the heat. (this was after 4days of no cooling in the room both day and night!) Overall, this stay was far below the standard we expected, and it did not reflect the quality advertised or the experience I previously had.
