“Value for the money. But could have been bit better.”
Great, helpful and friendly staff.
The room was not well insulated from outside cold weather. There was some kind of cold breeze coming from the ceiling, which make it uncomfortable to sleep in.

The staff behaviour and their assistance for the needs during our stay. The hotel is located just at the entrance of Nuwara Eliya and we were travelling from Sigiriya and it was a long and congested route, so as soon as we reached NE it was a quick detour to reach this calm and screntic view.
The stay was perfectly good and the staff at site were helpful in all their available means. Hot water was limited, we stayed as group of 10 people and only 3-4 of us had enough hot water, while others didn't have hot water.
