“Katastrophe”
Nichts.
Am Eingang lange Warteschlange, nur ein Terminal für den elektronischen Check-in und den Erhalt des Zugangcodes. Der Code hat für das Zimmer funktioniert, jedoch nicht für die Eingangstür. Telefonisch niemand zu erreichen. Ein älteres Senioren Paar war mit der Code Anmeldung völlig überfordert. Rezeption um 15:00 Uhr nicht besetzt. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr aufgeregt und waren durch den umständlichen und unklaren Code-Prozess verspätet bei unserem Termin. Warum schickt man nicht - wie bei anderen Hotels - einfach am Anreisetag einen Code zu? Wir hatten Glück, dass wir die drei Monate alte Email von Booking.com mit Buchungsnummer noch hatten… diese wurde zum Check in benötigt. Sauberkeit? Toilettendeckel an mehreren Stellen braun eingefärbt- warum wird dieser nicht durch einen neuen ersetzt?
