“Very disappointing experience”

The rooms had a strong musty, mold-like smell, the shower pressure was very weak, and the cleanliness was poor, I even found hair from previous guests in the sink and toilet. The way I was treated at reception was extremely disrespectful and upsetting. Based on my experience, I felt that the hotel prioritized making money over the comfort and satisfaction of its guests. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Es war staubig und die Toilette roch nach Kanalisation. Das muss dringend überprüft werden.

Great location. Close to tram stops. Near the train station where you can easily catch a bus to and from the airport. TV had English speaking channels. There is a kettle in the room and a decent size fridge. Beds were comfortable. Location was quiet and felt safe. The movenpick vanilla and chocolate ice cream is an absolute must!!!!
Bath towels were small. Strange design feature with bath tap in shower sticking out making it awkward to move in the shower. No drawers in the room but plenty of hanging space. As a consequence more hangers needed.
“Fantastisch hotel”
Wat een fantastisch hotel. Ik verbleef hier 4 nachten in een DeLuxe kamer. Het hotel is zeer schoon, het bed was enorm groot en comfortabel en de badkamer was netjes, groot, schoon en met stortdouche. Geluiddicht, heb echt niemand gehoord en super goed geslapen. Nespresso op de kamer en 2 flessen water die dagelijks bijgevuld werden. Ontbijt mega goed en uitgebreid en in de ontbijtruimte veel plaats en tafels niet al te dicht op elkaar. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt 1 van de beste hotels. Het eten in restaurants Puro is ook een aanrader. Overal zou ik niet twijfelen om hier te boeken. Locatie top ook, op loopafstand van oude centrum.
