“Nice hotel but the room temperature made sleeping uncomfortable.”
The location was great, right next to the train station and walkable to the city center. A nice bar/restaurant (Pavarotti's) is beside the hotel. The buffet breakfast was fine. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.
The hotel advertises that the rooms are air-conditioned. This is not true. There is a thermostat in the room but it does not control the temperature. Our room was too hot the whole time we were there and we reported this to the staff several times as did our traveling companions staying in another room. We were told by the staff that there is nothing they can do and they seemed well-aware of the issue. They told us that they would open the windows which they did but it didn't help as the windows are covered with heavy blinds.
