  “nu merita banii”

  am stat in camera o jumatate de ora timp in care am facut sesizare la booking pentru ca pe site am platit banii, dupa care am parasit hotelul, inca astept sa imi fie returnati banii platiti. Personalul lipsit de price urma de profesionalism mi-au distrus un sejur care trebuia sa fie de vis. Doamna de la receptie inclusiv ne-a oferit un pahar de proseco, mie si copilului minor, nu am inteles din ce motiv cand eu cerusem doar sa fiu cazata in camera pe care o achitasem cu luni in urma. Am fost cazata la hotrluri din Anglia, Franta, Italia dar acest tip de personal nu am intalnit pana acum. Astept returnarea banilor pentru sejurul pe care l-am platit si nu l-am putut efectua din cauza lipsei de profesionslism a celor din recetie, nu recomand cazarea la acest hotel si nu ma voi mai caza vreodata la acest hotel!
