“Relaxing family holidays with all comforts”
We recently spent six days at Caldera Village for our family vacation, and it exceeded every single expectation. If you are looking for the perfect balance of relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for the kids, this is the place to be. The absolute highlight for our children was the water splash park. They spent hours flying down the waterslides and playing under the water features. The pool areas are clean, beautifully maintained, and there was always a fantastic, lively energy during the day. It kept the kids thoroughly entertained, giving us parents some well-deserved time to sit back and relax. Our family apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The buffet options were varied and delicious, with plenty of choices even for our picky eaters. The themed nights were a wonderful touch. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single team member—from the reception desk to the restaurant servers—went out of their way to make our family feel welcome and valued.
