  “Peaceful Must Visit Hotel!”

  An absolutely stunning, peaceful, and relaxing place that is a must-visit for everyone. Everything was perfect, the food was fresh and very delicious, cleanliness and service exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a room with a spacious balcony overlooking the pools and the bar, allowing us to enjoy the evening entertainments directly from our room, feeling like we had our own private VIP loft. We will definitely return there for another round!

  The only minor issue was the air conditioner, which was a bit noisy at high speeds and slightly disturbed our sleep. Also, the temperature control was limited to between 23–25°C. Aside from that, everything else was truly perfect!

  “Bugs life”

  Good breakfast, kids playroom, mini waterpark in the hotel.

  - Our room was full of bugs. A lot of ants and some other worm-like creatures that i cannot really name. (See pics) - The bathroom had a slight incline that was pushing the water into the main room. Not talking about the shower, the actual room. The bath was poorly mainteined as well (see pics). - The water kettle was not working. We asked for a replacement and we were told that it will be replaced immediately. It wasn't. We asked 2-3 times to get it. - We asked for hair dryer, which was supposed to be in the basic amenities. It never came. - We asked for a crib, 2+ months before our arrival. Guess what we didnt get....

  קיבלנו חדר קטן ברמות, הגענו עם מזוודות לא היה אפשר לפתוח מזוודות היינו פותחים כל פעם אחת בשירותים, חוויה מזעזעת. כשפנינו לקבלה, הם העמידו פנים שהם ״נותנים לנו שדרוג״, בפועל היא אמרה לנו שהיא נתנה לו חדר במקום 21 הנוכחי 25 מטר, אחרי בדיקה בבוקינג יומיים- שלושה מתוך השהות היינו בחדר שבכלל לא הזמנו, ראינו עוד הרבה אנשים מתלוננים על חדרים קטנים כנראה שזוהי שיטת מצליח. בחדר אוכל ביקשנו אם אפשר להכין לעצמנו ביצה עם מחבת משלנו כי אנחנו שומרי כשרות, לא אפשרו לנו. בנוסף הייתי בקבלה ושמעתי שיחה של אחת הנציגות עם לקוחה, כשהיא ניתקה את השיחה היא קיללה את הלקוחה ברוסית.
