I liked the clean and comfortable room, comfortable bed, cooperative staff, good service, and peaceful environment. Overall, I had an excellent stay.
The only issue I noticed was the parking management. There was no one available to guide guests regarding parking. I think having one person dedicated to managing and guiding the parking area would improve the overall experience.
We booked a room at Hotel One Garden Town Lahore through Booking.com. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the hotel management refused to accommodate us and did not entertain our booking. This was extremely disappointing, especially as the reservation was confirmed through Booking.com. We request Booking.com to immediately look into this matter, assist us with alternative accommodation if required, and ensure that any payment made for the reservation is fully refunded. We also request Hotel One management to clarify the reason for refusing a confirmed booking.
