“Fantastic hotel, amazing location”
Superb location for views and to explore both Porto and Vila Nova De Gaia. Service excellent, breakfast very good and easy to fuel up for the day. Very clean rooms and quiet, even though you can just about hear the metro crossing the bridge. If you can afford, definitely get a room with a river view, you won't regret it. If you don't like heights (the hotel is at the same height as the bridge upper level), don't worry as the hotel lift goes down to street level.
Hotel information is hard to find and largely relies on some QR codes in the lifts. There isn't any info provided in the rooms, not even the QR codes. An easy fix and the only negative comment I'd make.
