Clean, modern room, nice rooftop and generally speaking a good location if it wasn't for the construction opposite of it. Breakfast and room service burger was delicious.
Service is friendly but that's it. Took forever at breakfast to order basics like coffee, hid themselves by the pool on the rooftop so that you need to search them sitting in front of the bar. Worst was the interaction after we forgot some expensive shampoo & shower gel. Our fault but staying in town for another 5 days and never proactively heard anything. Obviously was gone then. Overall we has an amazing experience in Peru in many hotels. So a real standout for price and what you get ..
“Decepcionante y lamentable”

Se ofrece una Junior Suite a un precio casi el doble de una habitación doble, pero en realidad no lo es. Una junior suite integra la zona de descanso y un pequeño salón o sala de estar en un mismo ambiente, lo cual acá no existía; era simplemente algo más amplio que una habitación estándar. Más encima, la habitación estaba debajo de la terraza, donde el viernes y el sábado pusieron música a alto volumen hasta las 3am. El viernes pensamos que la música venía de fuera del hotel, pero el sábado nos dimos cuenta de que era en la terraza. Reclamamos a las 23,30 horas en recepción y nos dijeron que la música sería hasta la 1AM y que nos ofrecían cambiarnos de habitación, lo cual era imposible porque ya estábamos acostados e implicaba rehacer las maletas. La música duró hasta las 3am, lo cual es inaceptable para lo que supuestamente es una de las mejores habitaciones del hotel. Es inadmisible que el hotel ni siquiera avise a los pasajeros de ese piso a lo que se están exponiendo. El desayuno de ambos días fue caótico. El restaurante estaba completo y sólo 2 personas atendían. Tuvimos que limpiar una mesa para poder sentarnos; luego tuvimos que ir por servilletas, platos y tazas. Y luego esperamos 20 minutos más para que nos sirvieran el café. Me he hospedado en otros hotel de la misma cadena con excelentes experiencias. En este caso fue lamentable, con ausencia total de empatía de parte del staff.
