The staff was friendly and pleasant in communication.
I would like to kindly suggest that when a guest books two rooms under the same reservation, the rooms should, whenever possible, be allocated next to each other or at least within close proximity. In our case, the booking was made well in advance, so we had expected the two rooms to be located near each other. However, as we had to travel from Sarikei to Santubong after the school session on Friday, the journey took considerable time and we arrived for check-in later than expected. Unfortunately, the late check-in was used as a reason to allocate our rooms quite far apart, which was inconvenient. It was also somewhat difficult to contact the property owner when we needed assistance.

No drinking water provided. Bathroom tissue are not provided. Water pressure is too low. Water heater is not working. Water kettle is not provided. No food source near by. Bed actual is different from photo that provide in booking ad. A lot of mosquito outside of the room.

The homestay is in a very nice location. I really enjoyed walking around the garden and feeling close to nature. Although there were quite a few small dogs, they were friendly and gentle when the staff were around. I really loved the view and enjoyed the peaceful scenery and village atmosphere. We rented bicycles from the homestay, but they were quite old and not well maintained. We informed the staff that the brakes and gears needed repair. My father and I cycled all the way to Damai Beach and Kampung Budaya. Along the way, we also stopped at a few attractions. The villagers were very friendly. We spoke Malay with them whenever we could, and if not, they could also speak English, so communication was easy. As we cycled, we asked for directions and for recommendations on where we could enjoy beautiful seaside views. If you like, the location there can getting grab and maxim drivers, but have to wait some times to find a rider.
