“Expensive for what we got”
Location
Hard bed and breakfast was below standard. Cereal or toast. No hot options

I couldn't get the tv channels to work. The shower was small to get in and out of.

Room was cold. Heat pumps don't work & air circulation system blows cold air over the bed
The guy on night duty was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. We needed last minute emergency accommodation because of weather, but the TV in our room didn't work so he moved us to two more rooms until we finally found one that did!
As mentioned, the TVs didn't work. Also, it feels very strange to be in a room with no window. The rooms are nice though, and there is a skylight.
