К сожалению, проживание не оправдало ожиданий. В холле и общих помещениях было очень жарко, кондиционирование отсутствовало. В номере кондиционер работал очень шумно, а даже после его отключения было сложно спать из-за шума кондиционеров соседних номеров. В ванной комнате вентиляция также работала достаточно шумно. Полотенца и банные халаты были уже старыми и пожелтевшими, чистота номера оставляла желать лучшего. Подушки оказались слишком высокими и неудобными. Завтраки были довольно обычными и не соответствовали уровню и стоимости отеля. Также хотелось бы отметить работу сотрудницы на ресепшен. Во время нашего обращения обслуживание было очень медленным, и на оформление одного гостя ушло около 15 минут, из-за чего нам пришлось долго ждать. В целом соотношение цены и качества нас разочаровало. За аналогичную стоимость мы останавливались в Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bukhara, где условия проживания, уровень сервиса и комфорт были значительно выше.
A comfortable stay at Garden Plaza Bukhara with friendly and welcoming staff. A special mention for Ms. Mahjona at the front desk who was particularly helpful and pleasant. The restaurant is good and breakfast was satisfactory. We had two rooms — one room had air conditioning issues which caused some inconvenience. The room was replaced upon our return from the day's sightseeing. However there was a delay in registering our stay with the local authorities — a legal requirement that hotels must fulfil within 24 hours of check-in for foreign nationals. This was only completed after they were alerted by our next hotel at check-in. We would encourage the management to ensure foreign national registration is completed promptly and without guests having to follow up.
