“Disaster”
Nothing
The hotel is extremely overvalued and it’s not about the price only . The territory is not well taken of , palms are dying , the trails to the rooms are narrow with bricks falling out . It feels like an imitation of a hotel . Rooms are small , bedlinen and towels are old , the furniture is the cheapest possible . The hotel is pet friendly and it smells like that . Service is terrible, half of staff doesn’t speak English , so every day you’ll have a surprise whenever you order smth during breakfast/ lunch or dinner . Breakfast is very limited . It is stated till 11 am , but by 10:00 the plates are empty and they are not replenished , so make sure to arrive by 10:00 . The beach is public and the sun-beds are stuck between somebody’s villa ( not the property of the hotel ) one by one in 7 rows. Better beach with brought sand from elsewhere is given to Cone beach club , where you have to pay 400 euros for cabana with burnt by sun pillows and mattress . It looks dull . The only place to eat is pizzeria Spazio with limited international food options, which is not common for Italy in general and a Michelin restaurant which is not available even for the guests for same day reservation. Gym is in the middle of the pool area and pizzeria in the glass cube - you are watched from every side . It feels you’re in Mexico or Egypt . At the end you get a bill with 80$ tips for every day of your stay even though you’ve been charged service fee and left tips . It feels like it was made to be a destination to use your Hyatt points . Even though it will be a bad choice . Better keep it . We didn’t have those and regretted 100 times we couldn’t cancel it . I’d name a few better hotels in the region, but it’ll sound like an add , so I resist . Nothing can beat this choice
“Wonderful resort 10/10”
We had a wonderful experience at 7Pines Resort Sardinia. The resort is absolutely beautiful, green, peaceful, and very relaxing. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices. A special thank you to Hamza, the pool supervisor, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us with all our requests and always made sure we had everything we needed. His warm and attentive service really made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We would be very happy to come back! ❤️🌴

“5 star hotel - amazing service”
Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms are a little small for the money paid but the fronds and Pool were spacious. Food was amazing, world’s best pizza claim! Personally I liked lunch time pizza better but all very very good. M star restrains tasting was expensive but totally worth it. Great service all round - deffo need a car as this hotel is remote
