Comfy bed, pillows, clean room that was maintained every day. Friendly and welcoming staff, free drink, 24/7 help desk. Loads of information provided on the leaflet in the room / on TV. Quiet, I couldn't hear road noise from my room. Fridge to cool drinks, several lighting options. Decent location, just a short bus journey to the city centre.
