There was nothing to like about this property .
The boy receptionist was the rudest I have ever come across. No hot water . My check-in was at 2pm and I arrived at 9.30pm and they wanted me to wait one hour while they clean the room . Then at midnight I finally get into the room but no hot water to have a bath . They also call it a spa bath so I book for that reason but it’s only a bath. I had 2 bookings for this hotel and both times there were big problems . They didn’t want to help in any way and I ended up having to find another hotel at midnight . I am only staying 3 nights as I’m heading back home to Australia but I just wasted so many hours trying to fix the problem and the boy working the desk spoke no English and was very rude . I’ve been coming to Vietnam for 14 years and I have never came across anything like this before . When he rang the manager / owner she just said apparently just give him his money back but charged me 4% on my card and gave me the cash less the 4% . Then I had to pay after already paying for a taxi from the airport to there hotel . Even the cleaning lady was rude and stuck get middle finger up at me because I said you people here should pay for my taxi . It was only 80,000 dong but it was the principle of it . I would strongly suggest to anyone to avoid this hotel . It might look good in the photos but it’s not what it seems . They don’t even supply tea or coffee in the room or cups . They give a kettle but no tea or coffee so work that out . If I could give a minus I would .
