Booked 4 rooms, 2nights! all the rooms had a wet, moldy smell, they have to put a dehumidifier in one of the most sinky room , its that bad! The drapes hamdle is broken, the washroom blind is stuck! Took time to sent up maintenance. terrible customer service in both front desk and buffet restaurant staff! Casino entrance leaks on 1 raindy day! Dirty dishes (plates, cups, glasses empty bottles ) are every corner on casino floors! To call this hotel 5 star is very disappointing!
It was a pleasant stay
Excellent value, many options from food with the mall connected, also best breakfast buffet I have bad in all of Philippines, same level as Okada or better for much less. Casino is smoke free as well.
