“Jewel of Hanoi”
From the moment we arrived, the Meritel Hanoi was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, the rooms are gorgeous and comfortable, and the pool and rooftop area are such a lovely escape from the energy of the city. What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the people. The level of kindness, warmth, professionalism and genuine care shown to us throughout our stay was extraordinary. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it never felt forced or simply part of the job. We felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. There are hotels you remember because they are beautiful, and then there are hotels you remember because of how they made you feel. Meritel Hanoi gave us both. It was the perfect way to finish our time in Vietnam and a place we would return to without hesitation.
Genuinely, nothing. Our only disappointment was having to leave. The entire experience exceeded our expectations.
La chambre était vraiment super jolie. Très bon petit déjeuner. L’hôtel est au centre du vieux quartier de Hanoi donc très pratique. Possibilité de prendre une douche avant notre départ en train de nuit donc très pratique !
Énormément de bruits juste à coté de notre chambre donc impossible de se reposer l’après midi de notre arrivée ni la nuit car du bruit jusqu’à 21h et reprise à 6h. Nous avons dû changer de chambre mais cela est très dommage de la part de l’hôtel qui était responsable du bruit et nous a quand même placé dans cette chambre à notre arrivée..
