El wifi no funcionó en las dos noches que hemos estado el hotel estaba bastante abandonado sobre todo recepción el personal no era muy amable

The staff were unpleasant, and the manager in particular was very arrogant and showed a total lack of regard for customers, the manager is too busy doing nothing rather than attending to customers. An incompetent manager who needs to be replaced. The biggest issue with this hotel was that we were not given the room category we PAID for. We were then told we can take a much smaller room at the same cost ( as that’s all that was available) or check out. We chose to check out. All the while, the manager had his staff dealing with us and refused to kindly speak to us face to face . It was truly a horrible greeting into Porto .
