Pet friendly, generous room
Just one small lifts, too cramped reception. It was clean but there are some stains on carpet.

Room decor and bed comfort were good.
Not always someone on reception when you might need them. Ambient light in room from microwave, tv,router and sides of curtains affected my sleep… but I’m a light sleeper anyway.
Room was clean
Room was small, bathroom was cramped. Had to wait for reception staff as a ‘back in ten’ sign was on the desk at check-in (4pm) then again approx 5:30pm, then reception didn’t even open until 8am in the morning so I couldn’t store my luggage for a morning work event.
