An excellent hotel in a perfect location in the heart of Hanoi. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the bathrooms are modern, and the breakfast is generous and varied. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its wonderful team – Sophia Le, the manager, Nikki, Nina, the reception team, and the staff welcoming guests at the entrance. Nina is especially lovely – always smiling, warmly welcoming guests, opening the door and offering a refreshing orange juice when you arrive. These small touches make you genuinely feel that they are happy to welcome you back. Nikki and Nina are truly exceptional in their service, warmth, honesty and personal care for their guests. And special recognition must go to Sophia Le, who leads this wonderful team so professionally and creates a genuine culture of hospitality throughout the hotel. Service with a real heart ❤️ The fact that we chose to return and stay at this hotel again during the same trip says everything about our experience.
