The hotel was hosting a wedding, and as a result, the swimming pool and restaurant were completely privatized for the event. Hotel guests were given no alternative and were effectively left without access to these facilities. This is unacceptable, especially for guests who paid to stay at the hotel and expect full access to its amenities.
