Bien qu'il n'y ait aucun humain à l'accueil, au moindre problème, nous pouvions contacter l'équipe par web qui répondait aussitôt avec patience et pédagogie..merci pour leur réactivité. 22 m2 à deux pas du centre historique, c'est très appréciable.
Le descriptif parlait d'un réfrigérateur. Il n'y en avait pas. C'est tout.

La mancanza delle prese e delle luci sui comodini, la pochissima dotazione di saponi, la colazione approssimativa e scarna (una sola bevanda calda e la seconda a pagamento)

Checkin Automat exakt ab 15:30 bedienbar und das auch nur wenn es einigermaßen dunkel ist, sonst kann man auf dem Bildschirm nichts erkennen. Schlüsselkarte funktioniert exakt bis 10:30 Uhr, Tiefgaragenschlüssel konnte um 10:32 Uhr deshalb nicht mehr zurück gelegt werden. Das von vielen gelobte Café hatte geschlossen, die Alternative an einer lauten Kreuzung war nicht so toll. Der Fernseher funktionierte wegen leeren Batterien in der Fernbedienung nicht und wurde trotz Beanstandung nicht behoben.

....unkomplizierter check in ...nur der Schlüssel für die Tiefgarage war nicht für uns erreichbar...Anruf!!!war vielleicht unser Problem...Kipp Mechanismus... tolle Lage...super ausgestattet...Parkplatz nach Reservierung👍
