From the moment you enter the hotel, it is obvious that it is very dirty. The floor and carpets are stained, the room doors squeak, and the carpet in our room was extremely dirty β it was impossible to walk on it without wearing slippers. There was dust everywhere, the windows were covered in grime, the towels were stained, and the room looked as though it had not been properly cleaned after the last renovation. There were clumps of hair everywhere, opened sugar packets left on the table, and unwashed cups. We asked to change rooms, and we lost half a day of our holiday waiting for the room to be changed. The new room was slightly cleaner, but apart from changing the bed linen and towels, they did not clean anything else. They did not vacuum or mop the floor; there were stains everywhere, and the room was never properly cleaned during our entire stay. They only changed the towels and emptied the bins. Throughout our entire stay, we never saw or heard the cleaner vacuuming or mopping the floors. As for the food, it had absolutely no taste and there was very little variety.
