The staff are professional, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is good with local and continental choices. The hotel responded to my queries in a timely fashion, I really appreciate that.
The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the nearest subway station, but it is manageable.

I loved the size of the room with the separate lounge area, the beds were large & comfortable, the bathroom was large & I loved the bidet toilet seat. The breakfast selection was a good mix of continental & Asian dishes. The generous amount of free water bottles & toiletries in the foyer was excellent. The little welcome gifts of the Panda keyrings was a lovely remembrance of Chengdu.
Would be good if there was a cupboard, safe & fridge in the room.

Das dimensões do quarto, da cama e banheiro. É servida no hall do andar, além de estas de dente, pasta e barbeador. O serviço de lavagem é grátis. É fácil para pegar o metro- 10 minutos. O sistema eletrônico no vaso sanitário é muito bom. Ainda bem que há uma cortina para retirar a privacidade de quem está usando o banheiro. No quarto as cortinas são acionadas por controle remoto.
O café da manhã é diversificado, mas bem oriental.
