The property is close to the port
The staff are very insensitive to customer requirements. They are very inflexible. While the property is good but needs massive upgrade with cleanliness. The kettle they gave us was rusted and post repeated requests was not changed. The rooms were never cleaned. They don’t provide bottled water. Breakfast options are limited.
