附近街道氛圍比較令人難以適應，浴室蓮蓬頭水大，沒乾濕分離，旁邊的馬桶易噴濕，地板水會漫到旁邊去，導致容易整間濕滑，房內冰箱晚上運轉，每隔一段時間就會有“碰”一聲的聲響，容易被吵醒，不知道是正常還是稍微故障，房間不大跟照片有落差，內部牆面老舊油漆沒塗完全，但價格不高，尚能接受
