Ich war drei Tage (und Nächte) in diesem Hotel. JEDE (!) Nacht hat das Badezimmer bestialisch nach Abfluss, Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit gestunken. Hier sind ernstzunehmende, gesundheitsbeeinträchtigende Fehler passiert. täglich habe ich auf das Problem aufmerksam gemacht. Jedes mal wurde mir versichert, dass ein Techniker sich der Sache annimmt und das Problem behebt. Das Problem wurde leider NICHT behoben. Nach zwei Nächten wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Doch die Versicherung, dass das Problem am selben Tag behoben werden würde, haben mich bewogen, nicht zu wechseln. Ein Fehler, wie sich in der dritten und letzten Nacht herausgestellt hat. Mein Vertrauen in die Behebung und Beseitigung des Problems, wurde enttäuscht. Über weitere kleinere Mängel im Zimmer habe ich hinweggesehen. Selbst für ein in die Jahre gekommenes 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich mehr. Hier müsste investiert werden. Auf mich macht es den Eindruck, möglichst viel Geld zu machen und wenig in den Erhalt des Hotels zu investieren. Die 4 Sterne waren früher vielleicht berechtigt, heute allerdings bei Weitem nicht mehr. Sehr schade und bedauerlich.
