“Un buon hotel, con aspetti da migliorare”
La struttura è curata, gli ambienti sono puliti e ben tenuti, le camere vengono riordinate con attenzione e le piscine e gli spazi comuni sono piacevoli e ben organizzati. Una menzione particolare va al personale, che abbiamo trovato sempre gentile, disponibile e sorridente. È sicuramente uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel: lo staff è attento agli ospiti senza essere invadente e contribuisce molto a creare un’atmosfera piacevole.
Il cibo è sicuramente il punto più debole. La proposta è molto orientata alla clientela britannica, sia per la tipologia dei piatti sia per la qualità. Per un italiano abituato a una buona cucina, la sensazione è un po’ quella di mangiare alla mensa. La scelta è abbastanza ampia e naturalmente qualcosa di gradito si trova sempre, ma da un hotel di questa categoria ci aspettavamo decisamente qualcosa in più. Anche gli orari della cena, dalle 19.00 alle 21.30, ci sono sembrati decisamente anticipati per una vacanza mediterranea. Probabilmente anche questa scelta rispecchia soprattutto le abitudini della numerosa clientela britannica. Da migliorare anche il servizio navetta per la spiaggia. Le corse sono piuttosto limitate, concentrate alle 10.30, alle 13.00 e alle 18.30. Considerando che la spiaggia non è proprio a due passi, riteniamo che per un quattro stelle sarebbe auspicabile un servizio più frequente, se non addirittura continuativo durante la giornata.
