“First and the last.”
I stayed at this Hotel 31.08.2026 until 02.09.2026 1. First day, we arrived in the evening, at night water supply suddenly stop for about 5 hours. complaint made to the front desk. However, water supply only available at midnight. 2. Second day, the water pressure still weak in the morning, we are unable to getting ready properly for our water activity. 3. No TV channel available in room. 4. No water trap available in the bathroom. water easily entrapped and leak out outside the bathroom if not properly managed. 5. Management enter room without proper informing. They went in because of flood in the whole room due to no proper bathroom water out system. For courtesy, at least informed or call us.
