This hotel is practically built for transit travelers. Parking is super convenient right underneath the rooms. Regular check-in starts at 15:30 once staff is on-site (with self check-in available for late arrivals), which made everything smooth. The entire property feels brand new and very modern with a sleek, minimalist finish. Our room had reliable air conditioning, a large fridge, and a TV (Miracast worked great for casting from a Windows laptop). The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped with good toiletries and fresh towels. Getting into town is also very easy: a bus stops right next to the hotel, and with just one transfer you are in the heart of Graz. Excellent cleanliness, great value for money, and everything you need for a quick, efficient overnight stay.
It is very bare-bones: there are no in-room coffee or tea facilities (only a vending machine in the hallway downstairs), and with just one desk chair, there is no place for two people to sit comfortably together. A frustrating downside was that someone (presumably cleaning staff) started smoking right under our open window at 8:00 AM, which forced us to close it. Finally, the location is in a commercial/industrial area; while there is a supermarket and shopping mall nearby, walking to the city center takes over an hour, so public transit is a must.
