Мы отдыхали семьей с маленьким ребенком 3 года. Нам очень все понравилось! У нас был отличный двухэтажный номер с видом на море! Очень много, вкусно готовили, вкусное мороженое! Море рядом! Песчаный пляж, достаточно лежаков! Вечером развлекательные программы, детская площадка, аквапарк! И еще всего много хорошего для отдыха!!!! Рекомендуем однозначно!

Das Asteria Family Resort Belek – 👨👩👧👦 Urlaub mit der Familie und einer größeren Gruppe – insgesamt etwa 12 Personen. 🌴 Belek und Antalya – Ausflügen und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gesucht. 🚌 Belek-Zentrum – 🚗 Ausflüge direkt vom Hotel – besonders wichtig war dass ich auch mit Baby und Rollstuhl/behinderter Person geeignet sind. ✈️ Die Reise insgesamt gut organisiert bekommen – Hotel, Transfer, Flug und Gepäck waren für mich wichtige Themen
Das Zimmer war nicht 100 % sauber. Es war immer wieder Sand auf dem Boden. Teilweise war sogar Sand im Bett. Die Reinigung war deshalb für dich nicht gründlich genug

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Asteria Family Resort Belek. Everything was generally very nice, including the cleanliness, food, staff, and overall service. However, one issue that really affected our experience was the reservation system for the à la carte restaurants. Unfortunately, going to the restaurants without a reservation led to arguments almost every day. There was also a table for 12 people that we asked to use, but we were told that it had been reserved for a birthday celebration. However, there was no birthday celebration at that table. The same family used the table throughout all the days of our stay. This was quite disappointing, especially since we were a large group and would have really appreciated being able to sit together. We believe the reservation system should be more transparent and fair for all guests, so that misunderstandings and unnecessary arguments can be avoided. Apart from these issues, we were very happy with the hotel and enjoyed our stay. With some improvements to the à la carte restaurant reservation system, the overall guest experience could be much better.
