“Dirty rooms, unhelpful staff and repetitive food – a very disappointing experience.”
What didn’t you like about the property? The hotel was not clean at all. We arrived as a group of 8 people, and both of our rooms were extremely dirty. We reported the problem to the staff, but they did not seem to care. We spent almost two days repeatedly asking for clean replacement rooms. The staff were not helpful, and some of them were arrogant, stubborn and dismissive when we tried to resolve the problems. We were also very disappointed with the food. It was almost the same every day, and on several occasions the bread was not fresh and seemed to be from the previous day. We also had problems with several other food items. We came here to enjoy a family holiday, but instead we had to spend the first days trying to get something as basic as a clean room. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and the hotel was far below the standard we expected.
