“Ok but wouldn’t book again”

The sofa in the room was dirty The “fitness room” is an absolute joke with 2 treadmills literally between the reception and the washing machines The area is not very nice, you need a taxi to go wherever We were told that the payment of our room had been refunded and we were shown receipts that didn’t even match our names nor the price of our room. Reception wanted us to pay again (and a higher price) for our room. Nobody speaks proper English nor any other language so everything is done with a voice translator which doesn’t help with proper communication. However the day later, reception apologised when we checked out and said they felt with the matter on their own end.
