The staff was very helpful to get a bus ticket and made sure we got the right bus from the right location
A small strong smell of an air freshener in the room which was not pleasant Too small room for our needs (my problem as we selected the cheapest room from the looks we couldn't guess right)
Perfect location for themal areas and staff was very helpful, breakfast also very delicious.
