Everything, stairs unsafe, Tv didn’t work, just a horrible place

It was horrible and they didn’t even let us in to stay

Eventually got in , and in room found it to be in a used state , with beds still had messy sheets pillowcases and duvets , bun full of cans, the bathroom flooded when chain flushed. Contacted whoever the host was and got a load of rubbish back including leave no refund . Front door to get out had very nasty lock took us over 30mins with it , God there wasn't a fire

The bathroom was very dirty, the sink was not flushing the water out, the shower was not giving hot water and toilet was too small and dirty, no room to stand etc.
