This place is tucked in a beautiful village called Neiderried. It was the best decision we made to stay here and not in interlaken or any other big town like Grindelwald. It is so quiet, peaceful and just breathtaking. Ora lakeview rooms have a balcony looking out to the Lake Brienz. The room was small but it really didn't matter to us because it felt so cozy with amazing views. The host is an amazing lady who is funny and very helpful with everything. We didn't take the breakfast option but there is a small kitchen which is fully equipped so we often made our breakfast or some ready-to-eat stuff there. There is no supermarket or Coops in town (which is how we wanted it). Interlaken is just 7 minutes away by train. This place is just a 2 minute walk from the train station which is a huge plus. The bathroom had the absolute best shower with hot water always. Just be mindful that there is no elevator so you have to take your luggage up/down the stairs if you're not on the ground floor - which we found not to be a hassle at all despite huge suitcases because the overall experience was so good. Would recommend to book without a second thought.
