βSTAY AWAY!!β
The location and being close to events (if you are looking for a party holiday). However, due to its location you will hear music in your room ALL night.
STAY AWAY! We arrived earlier and had to wait until 16:00pm, the room was then given to us at 16:10pm as soon as we entered the room there was an unpleasant smell of mould and sewage in the room - we reported this straight away (within 5mins), a staff member then arrived smelt the walls and spray them with an air freshener and that is all that was done. The mirror above the bed was dirty with marks all over, the AC was damaged with the bits by the window falling off the walls and wires sticking out. We have reported this and even saw the manager Yue where she showed us a smaller room (bathroom) that we could swap to which also smelt of sewage. We was then promised that she will look into this and get back to me the following day - which never happened. I chased this after 3 days later only to be told that this was resolved as she sent housekeeping on the day to clean the room (mind you the window was still dirty and all other issues were still there). I was then told that nothing could be done and she attempted to give us one breakfast for free - we declined. I now returned back home being unwell after having to stay in this hotel for over 9 nights with the mould and sewage. Honestly, save yourself the money and STAY AWAY!

Troppa confusione fino alle 4 di mattina musica ad alto volume ed Γ¨ difficile dormire e inoltre all arrivo le camere non vengono consegnate anche se disponibili Γ¨ consentito un check out tardivo e quindi chi arriva deve per forza attendere . la mia era una suite ma c'era sempre un odore di chiuso/umido forse x le tende o capezzale di velluto era difficile stare con piacere in camera piΓΉ del dovuto. Io non lo consigno
