“Great base to exploe Kota Kinabalu”
A nice and modern room, very well appointed and really comfortable. Easy check-in process, very friendly staff that was extremely easy to contact by WhatsApp and took care of anything we might need. Lots of restaurants and shopping options close by.
The three floors of stairs were quite challenging, especially with luggage. If other guest were noisy you would hear this well. Unfortunately, we had a few of those. However, staff was really trying to keep the noise level down.

Room was exceptionally clean and great shower. Came back later on my holiday and they upgraded us for free for being a repeat customer.
